I am the sun

I am the Sun
I am the sun, I sustain myself, I need neither thanks
nor reward for you to feel my warmth
I am always here even when clouds hide me
I have no perception of good or evil, it just is
I need not look outside myself, for love is deep in the center of my being
As I allow the energy to fill me I will allow it to flow
As I burn brightly some may not come close enough to feel my warmth,
but others will bask in its glow
And I will give & give with no diminution of supply
I will burn forever for I am the sun
